Eldar Dzharakhov is a Russian video blogger and rapper. Member and co-founder of the creative collectives "Uspeshnaya Gruppa" and "KlikKlak". He was born on July 12, 1994, in the village of Storozhevskie Khutora, Lipetsk Oblast, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Position of Dzharakhov on the war in Ukraine
Following the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory, Eldar Dzharakhov postponed the release of his new album and recorded an anti-war video address, which was eventually deleted. On the whole, Dzharakhov opposed the so-called special military operation, but avoided naming the aggressor state:
In 2022, it is quite wild and terrifying to wake up to a phone call telling you that a war has begun. But it is far more terrifying to even imagine what the residents of Ukraine are going through, who woke up today to the sounds of explosions outside their windows. ... We do not need war. I want this to end as soon as possible. We are against war. NO TO WAR!
Videos featuring the Ukrainian national flag began appearing on Eldar's TikTok account, which provoked a stormy reaction among Ukrainian audiences: some accused the musician of shameless PR using Ukrainian symbols, while others interpreted the gesture as genuine support for Ukraine in the war.
On February 28, 2022, he shared a link to a chat group helping diabetics in Ukraine.
In the spring of 2022, the blogger left for Dubai. He explained his departure abroad by the lack of active media projects in Moscow. However, just five weeks later, Dzharakhov returned back to Russia:
I went to Dubai, spent five weeks there, and missed the stress. I simply cannot create without it. I need pressure. If you remove the political context, I still consider Moscow the best city in the world.
All posts containing anti-war statements by the blogger have now been deleted.
On June 24, 2022, he published a link on his Telegram channel to the anti-war music video by the band Little Big.
In September 2024, Eldar was placed on an unofficial blacklist of artists whose performances authorities consider undesirable in Russia due to anti-war sentiments.
In May 2025, he released the track "Hey, Dwarf", containing lines that can be interpreted as reflection on the guilt of silent complicity in the war:
I don't see the fucking disaster, hiding my head under a shell
Dancing on MUZ-TV while all my brothers are in exile
Concert cancellations
In August 2025, Dzharakhov's concert in Altai Krai was cancelled due to an old tweet of his from 2018 about Russians.

The blogger was forced to record a post apologizing for his past tweets and reaffirming his loyalty and love for Russia:
...I apologize once again to everyone who was hurt by my words. I love Russia very much and have dedicated my entire life to the people here and to living in this country.
The artist continues to live and work in the Russian Federation.
He is registered on Roskomnadzor's Gosuslugi register, meaning the state officially tracks and regulates his media activities.
