Marina Fedunkiv is a popular Russian theater and film actress, comedian, singer, and TV presenter. She achieved widespread recognition playing Kolyan's mom in the comedy series Real Boys, as well as being a resident of Comedy Woman. Marina was born in Perm in 1971, but spent a significant part of her childhood in Ukraine, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, where she graduated from high school.

In April 2017, she was entered into the database of the Myrotvorets website for deliberately violating the state border of Ukraine by touring the territory of Russian-occupied Crimea.
Marina Fedunkiv's Position After 2022
Following February 24, 2022, Marina Fedunkiv opted for a strategy of silence. In March 2022, the comedienne posted a message on social media stating that her content has nothing to do with politics:
Friends! I have clearly decided that my content is neither about politics nor about economics; most people look to me exclusively for positivity and optimism, especially during difficult times. And regardless of how I feel, those are my personal feelings and emotions, while my role is to keep trying to lift people's spirits.

In 2023, in an interview with Moskovskij Komsomolets, Fedunkiv stated that ongoing events had not affected her relationship with her Italian in-laws in any way:
Our family is out of politics. Everything is fine. First and foremost, we are in touch with my husband's mother. We call each other, talk together regularly, and have very warm relations.
The actress continues to live and work in Russia, appearing in entertainment projects and film shoots. While Ukrainian audiences and colleagues expected support from her, Marina preferred to maintain neutrality, which under wartime conditions is widely perceived as tacit acquiescence to Kremlin policy.
