Regina Todorenko is a Russian-Ukrainian television presenter, singer, actress, and songwriter. She was born on June 14, 1990, in Odesa. She currently resides in Moscow. She remains silent about the Russo-Ukrainian war and continues to build her career in Russia. She obtained Russian citizenship in March 2024.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
On October 19, 2022, added to Ukraine's sanctions list.
In April 2023, entered into the Myrotvorets database for treason against her homeland and aiding Russian-fascist invaders and terrorists. According to official registries, she registered a business in Russia just two weeks after the full-scale invasion began.
Regina Todorenko's stance on the war in Ukraine
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Regina did not cover or condemn the invaders' atrocities in any way, even while her parents were forced to take shelter from bombardments in basements in Odesa. The celebrity justified her silence citing her second pregnancy and differing political views with her husband.
On March 1, 2022, Todorenko posted the following on Instagram:
...Mothers of Ukraine are saving the lives of their children, giving birth right in metro stations and in places unsuited for childbirth, feeding their newly born babies not to the sound of lullabies, but to the crack of machine guns and explosions of bombs. This is not the kind of world we wanted! Suffering will not make anyone happy. War is not the only way to reach an agreement! And we do not give birth to children just to send them to certain death!
In an episode of her YouTube show, Regina admitted that she imposed a taboo on discussing Russia's military invasion to preserve her marriage. She added that it was difficult for her and her husband, Vlad Topalov, to reach a consensus because they are in different situations.
Regina continues to live and work in the Russian Federation, actively starring in Russian television projects such as "Ice Age", "The Masked Singer", and "Avatar", and on February 14, 2024, she became the host of the show "New Star Factory". Apparently, the celebrity is unbothered that the taxes she pays into the Russian budget fund missile production and the murder of Ukrainians...

She also gave approving "likes" to posts by Philipp Kirkorov about the "Russia-Crimea-Sevastopol" concert.
What celebrities say about Todorenko's stance
People are as blind as this brainless Regina! She is a mother! Currently pregnant for the second time. I am sure her parents still live in Odesa. How will she ever come back here? Never! The scariest part is that they are afraid of losing their jobs or losing face.
Regina posted our direct messages—omitting my replies and showing only hers. She wrote: 'Look at this person chasing clout off me.' I posted the full screenshot of our exchange, writing: 'Guys, look at how it actually went down.' Even so, it agitates people, and I realize: what a b*tch! What a b*tch! How could she act like that? It would be one thing if you were just an ordinary person who emigrated to Russia and stayed there without having an audience. But you are a celebrity; people look up to you, admire you, and trust you.
She was crying. She understands everything. But it seems to me that people over there were far more terrified by this situation. Ukrainians united, we forged a nation, while they did the exact opposite. Every man for himself. Everyone isolated. Maybe deep down they all oppose Putin, but none of them has the courage to say it out loud because everyone stands alone. Not like here.« »They are no longer Ukrainians, they are Russians. And they will have a Russian future.
Are you a person of integrity or what? Saying such things nowadays is stupid and bizarre. Your family lives in Odesa. I know her parents. This is insanity of the highest order. She has savings. I think if she were so terrified of being left without money... Although that's probably the only reason [she stays silent]... I am certain that had she taken a stand, apologized, started donating and working... Perhaps people here would have supported her. She would have found work here and kept working. But she did nothing, you know? This is rock bottom. I am furious. I see that our people now clearly distinguish black from white and finally know what to expect from whom. While Sveta (Svetlana Loboda) is a controversial figure with many questions surrounding her, at least she came to Ukraine. At least she makes positive moves. Why she didn't apologize... I don't know, that question should be asked of her. But saying 'I can't speak out because my husband won't let me' makes you a fool, an absolute fool. There's nothing to discuss. May God forbid your foot ever sets foot on this land again. It will burn your feet. Both your children, your husbands, and you—sit there and let that be your lot.
Don't talk to me about my rumpled face: I am in Tallinn right now, woke up, and immediately scrolled through the newsfeed. Once again reading all this sh*t about so-called Russian artists. Including Russian artists who originate from Ukraine. Like Regina Todorenko... Guys, they will stay silent until Putin is stood against the wall. These people care so much about saving their own asses that until Putin is shot and all this changes, they will keep quiet. They want to have their cake and eat it too. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people are exactly like that.
