Monetizes content (via streams, ads, subscriptions, merchandise sales, or music platforms) and, in accordance with applicable laws, pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Any engagement with this content — views, likes, donations, merchandise purchases, or streams — indirectly contributes to financing the Russian economy and, consequently, the war against Ukraine.
Chensky's position on the war in Ukraine
At the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Chensky published a post on his YouTube channel headlined "No to war". In the post, the blogger explained that he was born in Donetsk, and part of his family remains in Ukraine, hearing explosions and shelling.
Half of my family is in Ukraine right now and hears missile strikes and shooting every day. I spent my entire childhood in Ukraine myself, in the city of Donetsk. Yes, I am from Donetsk
The blogger also stated that he had been receiving messages about the war from relatives and friends since 2014 and spoke out against people being killed.

The post was of a general pacifist nature and was dedicated to condemning war as a phenomenon without identifying responsibility for its outbreak.
Registration in the Roskomnadzor registry
Following the introduction of mandatory registration for popular channels and pages in the Roskomnadzor registry (A-RKN), Alexey Chensky's resources were included in this list. Such registration signifies operation within the legal framework of the Russian Federation and increases the blogger's dependence on the requirements of Russian legislation and control by state authorities.
Advertising for "Alabuga Polytech"
Despite statements about rejecting the war, in May 2025 Chensky took part in advertising the "Alabuga Polytech" college.
The college is located in the territory of the "Alabuga" Special Economic Zone, which has been linked to the production of Russian strike drones since 2023. The project is under sanctions by Western nations due to its involvement in supplying Russian military production.
In the advertising integration, the blogger promoted studies at "Alabuga Polytech", thereby helping recruit new students into a structure linked to the assembly of Iranian "Shahed" strike drones
After the scandal over advertising Alabuga in May 2026, references to the college were edited out of Chensky's video, but confirmation of his cooperation remained documented on the website Gubanov Files, as well as in the video "BRATISHKIN WATCHES - PARODY ON BRATISHKIN".
Thus, despite the post of a general anti-war nature published in 2022, Chensky's subsequent actions contradict such statements. Advertising a project linked to training personnel for Russian military production effectively facilitates the operation of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, which enables the war against Ukraine.
