Amatory is a Russian metal band formed in 2001 in Saint Petersburg by Daniil "Stewart" Svetlov and Denis "Denver" Zhivotovsky (vocals).

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Amatory's stance on the war in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the members of Amatory adopted a stance of silence, calmly continuing their concert tour across Russian cities.
In June 2022, the band had scheduled concerts in Kharkiv and Kyiv, which understandably never took place. However, the musicians never commented on the cancellation of their Ukrainian shows in any way.
In 2023, Amatory took part in the KKinchevFest concert. The event's organizer, musician Konstantin Kinchev (leader of the band Alisa), is widely known for his pro-Putin stance and active support for the war, as are most of the artists performing at this festival.
The band continues touring across Russian cities, pretending that the war does not concern them.
