Dead Blonde (Arina Bulanova) is a Russian retro-rave singer. She gained popularity through tracks uploaded to TikTok. She was born on April 6, 1999, in Arkhangelsk, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Dead Blonde's Stance on the War in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Dead Blonde published an anti-war statement in support of Ukrainians in Instagram stories, stating that "Russia is acting despicably toward a brotherly country":

There was also a candid post regarding "money and vatniks whose brains are washed by TV" on Telegram, which the artist deleted after some time:

On May 9, 2022, Arina expressed her opinion regarding Victory Day celebrations in Russia, criticizing Russians' attitude toward the war:
When the word «war» is associated with a day off, shashlik, drinking, and having fun, it ceases to represent fear, responsibility, and evil.

Nevertheless, against the backdrop of her past opposition statements, Dead Blonde received praise from Ekaterina Mizulina for her patriotism:
Today at the Dead Blonde concert, the crowd chanted «Russia!», young people showed up with our country's flags ❤️

Pressure and Inclusion on Blacklists
In early February 2024, Dead Blonde was included in the updated list of artists prohibited from performing concerts in Russia. According to unofficial reports, even maintaining a silent stance regarding the so-called special military operation has become grounds for being blacklisted.
On May 15, 2024, a post appeared on Bulanova's Telegram channel announcing the postponement of a concert in Saint Petersburg:
My dears, wonderful people! Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of myself or my team, we are forced to announce the POSTPONEMENT OF THE CONCERT IN SAINT PETERSBURG.
On September 28, 2024, announcements appeared regarding the cancellation of concerts in Volgograd, Samara, and Saratov.
Shift in Stance
In November 2024, the artist congratulated Russians on National Unity Day, stating that "Russia was and will always be our home and place of strength":

In the updated list of banned artists for September 2024, Dead Blonde's name resurfaced once again. On October 1, the singer announced on her Telegram channel a concert in occupied Simferopol together with her husband, performer GSPD, who openly supports Russia in the war against Ukraine.

Dead Blonde's stance regarding the war in Ukraine underwent significant evolution: from initial expressions of sympathy for Ukraine, she transitioned to public silence and participating in official events in Russia. It appears the artist deliberately chose the tactic of "playing by the rules" to preserve her career and resume concert touring. In all likelihood, she understands what is actually happening, yet agrees to support official state rhetoric that shapes youth perceptions of patriotism through the cult of war and illusory "greatness."
Merchandise with LDPR
In April 2025, Arina Murasheva joined the LDPR party.

In November 2025, together with the LDPR party, she released a youth clothing line. On a hoodie bearing the inscription "Bimbo Motherland", one can see a map of Russia that includes occupied Ukrainian territories.
