"Poshlaya Molly" is a Ukrainian Russian-language rock band founded in 2016 by Kirill Tymoshenko, better known by the stage name Kirill Bledny. The musician was born on March 31, 1997, in the town of Zmiiv, Kharkiv Oblast.

Poshlaya Molly's stance on the war in Ukraine
Following the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the musicians of the band "Poshlaya Molly", who were in Russia at the time, left the Russian Federation. Kirill Bledny declared that all concerts in Russia were cancelled.
Charity tour in support of Ukraine
On March 27, 2022, in Warsaw, "Poshlaya Molly", together with musicians such as T-Fest, "Nervy", and FACE, held a concert in support of Ukraine, donating all proceeds to the needs of Ukrainian refugees.
The band also conducted a charity SAVE UKRAINE TOUR across European countries and Istanbul. All proceeds were directed to support defenders of Ukraine and those affected by the war.

Scandal in Poland
In November 2023, Kirill Bledny found himself at the center of a major scandal. While in Poland, he posted a video on Instagram expressing disdain for the Polish language and suggesting that Poles switch to a "normal" language — Russian. He also advised that Poland should once again become part of the Russian Empire. Following backlash from followers, he claimed the video was a parody:
I thought this joke would be read that way. Obviously, it's a huge troll. It's a lyrical persona. It's a parody of an imperial Russian. I was just joking around. Perhaps humor isn't for everyone. Humor is inappropriate in this situation. What Russian empire? I'm Ukrainian, you know my position. Obviously it was a joke. Excuse me for the sharp humor
However, this apology proved insufficient, and on November 7, concert organizer "Winiary Bookings" cancelled all of the band's concerts in Poland due to the lead singer's anti-Polish remarks.
Ties with the Russian music market
In June 2022, Kirill Bledny announced a collaborative track on Instagram with Moscow rapper Molodoy Platon. On May 25, 2025, on the band's Instagram, information was confirmed once again regarding collaboration with Molodoy Platon. The photo with Platon was captioned: "making music".
In September 2024, after a long hiatus, the musicians released the Russian-language track "Hellish Lullaby" ("Adskaya kolybelnaya"), which became available on platforms banned in Ukraine: "Yandex Music", "Zvuk", "MTS Music", and "VK Music". By having tracks streamed on these platforms, the artists receive payouts in rubles and consequently pay taxes to the aggressor state. Furthermore, the description of the music video indicates that the song was produced with creative studio Indigo Flow, located in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This demonstrates that Poshlaya Molly never severed its ties with Russia.
"Poshlaya Molly" released a collaborative track "Zero Masculinity" ("Nol muzhskogo") with artists from the Russian Federation: Ekaterina Kishchuk, Molodoy Platon, Liza Anokhina, and Ruslan Tushentsov (CMH). In July 2025, "Poshlaya Molly" shared the stage with these artists at a concert in Chisinau.
Putin and the war in new songs
In November 2025, "Poshlaya Molly" released the track "LOL 2" featuring Slava KPSS, where Kirill Bledny delivers the line:
I'm a real man like Vova Putin, you're Obama like Suzanne
as well as:
Three little sisters are expecting a baby from Molly
F**ked this maternity ward, hitting it with an FPV
Comparing oneself to Putin and making jokes about drone strikes on maternity hospitals is no longer about hype and provocation; it is blatant mockery of human suffering and common sense. Even within the provocative rap genre there are boundaries, and here Bledny stepped far beyond them. These lyrics sound especially grotesque against the backdrop of real war, where strikes against civilian infrastructure are not a joke, but a tragedy.
Censorship of tracks according to Russian requirements
Starting March 1, 2026, new restrictions on "drug propaganda" in media and music took effect in Russia. As a result, streaming services and artists began editing tracks en masse, muting or excising relevant phrases. In several of "Poshlaya Molly's" songs on music platforms, censorship of specific words also appeared, pointing to the adaptation of tracks to conform to Russian legislative requirements.
