Saluki (Arseniy Nesatyy) is a Russian hip-hop artist, producer, and songwriter. Former member of the creative association Dead Dynasty. Born on July 5, 1997, in Moscow, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Saluki's stance on the war in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Saluki published a brief message in his stories calling for peace. He noted that, being ethnically Russian, he has Ukrainian roots and many friends in Ukraine, and therefore cannot remain indifferent to what is happening.
On March 4, 2022, Saluki released an unissued track titled "ATOM 2022 W.E. PART II" accompanied by the following text:
these days, besides the shock, I thought about my work, and realized that if there is anything I can do — it is to share what I feel; perhaps that is the only thing I can do. that very night I started writing a song, not specifically connected to anything. I usually write about imagery, my feelings, about what is happening around me. I didn't write this song about war. but recently I came across it and realized that I want to share it now, I don't know why. for free, not on streaming services, just here, for you. I don't know how normal this is, to what extent I have the right to show music right now. but besides it, I have nothing; besides emotions, I cannot share anything with you. I hope this gives you strength, cheers you up, or at least allows you to cry, because all of this is terrifying. I hope I will be understood correctly.
In October 2022, Saluki shared in stories that a Russian military plane in Yeysk crashed onto an apartment building near his former residence (Arseniy lived in that city during his childhood). He published a video, reportedly filmed from the window of his apartment, capturing the fire. The musician also showed the location of his home on a map — it was situated only three buildings away from the crash site.

The artist continues to live and work in Russia, maintaining a stance of silence regarding the so-called SMO.
