Vlad Bumaga (also known under the pseudonym Vlad A4) is a Belarusian video blogger, singer, owner of the "A4" and "A5" YouTube channels, and influencer. Nominee on the Forbes "30 Under 30" list in the "New Media" category. Born on 5 June 1996 in Minsk, Belarus.
Monetizes content (via streams, ads, subscriptions, merchandise sales, or music platforms) and, in accordance with applicable laws, pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Any engagement with this content — views, likes, donations, merchandise purchases, or streams — indirectly contributes to financing the Russian economy and, consequently, the war against Ukraine.
In May 2025, he was added to the database of the "Myrotvorets" website for participating in initiatives supporting the information policy of Russia (an aggressor and terrorist state), disseminating Russian state propaganda, and related activities.
Vlad A4's stance on the war in Ukraine
Vlad Bumaga and his entire team have remained silent about the war in Ukraine. By publicly expressing any principled civic stance, the blogger risks forfeiting a major share of his market and advertising revenue. Consequently, staying silent proves commercially lucrative.

Collaboration with the Russian authorities
On 19 December 2024, Vlad Bumaga attended Vladimir Putin's annual press conference, where he asked Putin a question regarding the throttling of YouTube in Russia, and added:
What values should I be broadcasting to my audience, and what should I definitely avoid broadcasting? What ideas and meanings should guide the youth?
In effect, Vlad A4 demonstrated a transparent readiness to channel Kremlin ideological messaging through his videos, signaling deference to the president and his agenda. However, supporting Vladimir Putin's political leadership automatically entails endorsing his aggressive geopolitical course and military operations.
In December 2025, he promoted the national messenger Max from VK, an application created for comprehensive state digital surveillance. The app's privacy policy explicitly notes that user data can be shared with "company partners" as well as "any state authority or local self-government body".
He is also registered on the Roskomnadzor "Gosuslugi" state register, meaning his media enterprise is officially monitored and regulated by the Russian state apparatus.
