Viktor Loginov is a Russian theater, film, and television actor, TV presenter, DJ, and writer. Best known for his role as Gena Bukin in the TV series Happy Together (the Russian adaptation of Married... with Children). Born on February 13, 1975, in Kemerovo (USSR).

Viktor Loginov's Position Prior to 2022
Before the full-scale invasion, Viktor Loginov actively built his career, including within Ukrainian media. In 2014, he expressed his affinity for Ukraine: "I love Ukraine very much, and now I call myself a Siberian rather than Russian." During this period, he was a guest host on the popular show Superintuition on Novyi Kanal.
However, in 2020 the situation changed: the actor was banned from entering Ukraine. The reason was his performances in occupied Crimea, which led to the cancellation of theater productions featuring him in Kharkiv and other cities. By that time, Loginov had already been listed in the Myrotvorets database for violating Ukraine's state border.
Viktor Loginov's Position After February 24, 2022
Following the start of Russia's full-scale aggression, Viktor Loginov's position became openly pro-government and pro-war ("Z-oriented"). The actor not only failed to condemn the invasion, but actively disseminates Russian propaganda narratives.
In September 2022, following the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia, Loginov publicly declared that he was ready to go fight in the "SMO."

The actor also believes that his most famous character, Gena Bukin, would definitely have gone to fight against Ukraine, drawing parallels between the character's "childlike spontaneity" and fulfilling one's duty.
In a 2024 interview, Loginov stated that Russia is now "reclaiming its standing in the world" and expressed satisfaction that the country is "winning back" ground lost after the collapse of the USSR. He explains his support for Russia's actions as patriotism and the right to "stand up for one's statehood."
Trips to the Occupied Territories
In the summer of 2022, despite active hostilities, Loginov demonstratively vacationed in occupied Crimea (Sevastopol). He also illegally visited Crimea in 2024.
In March 2022, he planned to perform in occupied Donetsk with the theatrical production "Marriage as an Exact Science."
Support for the Russian Military and Ukrainophobia
On social media (specifically on Twitter/X), the actor posts Ukrainophobic jokes and expresses condolences over the deaths of propagandists (such as Vladlen Tatarsky).
According to posts on social networks, in 2025 the actor has been financially supporting the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

Today, Viktor Loginov is an active supporter of the war. His rhetoric aligns entirely with the Kremlin's official narrative, and his actions confirm his personal willingness to support aggression against Ukraine.
