Instasamka (Darya Zoteeva / Daria Zoteeva) is a Russian pop singer, rapper, and influencer blogger. She was born on May 11, 2000, in Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Instasamka’s Position on the War in Ukraine
Refusal to Condemn the War
Following the outbreak of the full-scale invasion, Instasamka refused to publicly condemn the war and advised her fellow music industry colleagues to adopt the same approach:
I don't meddle in things that aren't my business; I want to bring a good mood to those who need it. Everyone making music right now should support their audience through their craft rather than bullsh***ing about things they know nothing about, just so they don't have to make excuses later or flee the country.
The singer, together with her husband and producer Moneyken (Oleg Yeropkin), relocated to live in Dubai, UAE.

Conflict with Mizulina
In January 2023, Instasamka's Russian concerts began facing mass cancellations at the instigation of Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Kremlin-aligned "Safe Internet League":
The performer Instasamka, chasing superprofits, advertises illicit drug shops, and her concerts contain gross violations relating to indecent acts directed toward children.
The performer left Russia in the spring of 2022, voicing a number of remarks about our country, probably in an emotional impulse. In this regard, it is completely unclear whether the performer supports the special military operation. Yes or no? Why return to a country about which you previously stated 'not my vibe' and 'not our place'?
The artist announced that her planned 2023 concert tour across Russian cities was being postponed until 2024.
In May 2023, the Russian tax authorities froze her bank accounts over an outstanding tax debt of 687,700 rubles.
That same month, Mizulina published a meeting report after holding talks with Instasamka, who promised to delete all tracks containing "dangerous content" and align with state moral directives.

Donation to the "SMO" and Blacklisting in Myrotvorets
In February 2023, Russian media outlets circulated reports claiming that Instasamka had donated 900,000 rubles to supply equipment for the Russian military invading Ukraine. Later, it turned out that this claim could not be verified, and the singer herself publicly denounced the reports as fake news.

Nevertheless, the widespread media reports led to the artist's inclusion in the Ukrainian database Myrotvorets on February 14, 2023.
Glorification of Russia and Participation in State Projects
In April 2024, she released the hit single «Pampim neft» (We're Pumping Oil), celebrating the "greatness" of Russia, the luxury lifestyle of wealthy Russians, and their leverage over global energy markets:
Yeah-yeah, we do whatever we want
This Russian style is incomprehensible to them
Yeah, we pump the world, yeah, we pump oil
Pumping-pumping oil, pumping-pumping oil
In July 2024, Instasamka performed at the SPIEF (Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum). Once a reputable international business event, it has transformed into a gathering of Kremlin propagandists, state officials, and loyal oligarchs. Instead of genuine economic debate, speeches laud Russia's imperial "greatness" and rubber-stamp Kremlin policy. The forum's chief moderator was top Russian state propagandist Vladimir Solovyov. Her performance sparked outrage among conservative ultra-patriots, for whom the Motherland represents "Holy Rus" rather than cynical luxury "oil pumping."
In November 2024, Instasamka and the band "Leningrad" released the collaborative single "Russkie vperyod" (Russians Charge Ahead) — a hybrid of state propaganda and crude satire, which on one hand weaponizes jingoistic national pride — shouting "Russians forward, rich and bold," while on the other parodying those exact clichés through grotesque imagery and dark humor.
She also advertised the national messenger app Max by VK, a digital tool used for comprehensive state surveillance. The app's privacy policy explicitly states that user personal data may be shared with "company partners" and "any federal, state, or municipal government body."
On August 8, 2025, she published a post on Telegram captioned "we are in our own home, and let them remember that forever" beneath a video clip from a Moscow concert where the entire audience chanted "Russia!":

Denunciations Against Artists
On July 1, 2025, embracing Mizulina's tactics of political denunciations, Instasamka publicly accused singers Dora and Maybe Baby of hypocrisy and "destroying the country." She reproached them for headlining municipal festivals across Russia despite their past anti-war sentiments and performing cover versions of artists designated as foreign agents in Russia. In her Telegram post, she condemned Dora for supporting music by FACE and Valentin Strykalo, and attacked Maybe Baby for alleged "LGBT propaganda," attaching a screenshot of an on-screen kiss from a music video.
Under a TikTok video of Maybe Baby showing her sending humanitarian supplies to the "SMO" zone after recanting her anti-war stance, Instasamka commented: "Good girl". Given their high-profile feud, this remark served as direct public endorsement of Russian aggression.

In an interview with Ksenia Sobchak, the singer directly appealed to Vladimir Putin, pleading for state intervention against "enemies of Russia", alleging that "external hostile forces" corrupt Russian youth through foreign agent rappers. She explicitly highlighted her ambition to maintain "excellent relations with Russia" and passionately defends the Kremlin party line, lashing out against musicians branded "foreign agents" or "enemies of the fatherland." Today, Instasamka claims she is ready to fight for a "bright future" and defend traditional family values.
Exit from the Russian Market
In August 2026, the performer announced her plan to pivot to the international music market, settled in Dubai, and stated she had no intentions of returning to Russia. She confessed that she had initially planned to leave Russia back in 2022, but after the viral success of her smash single "Za dengi da" (For Money, Yes), she chose to stay behind to cash in on concerts and milk the hype in Moscow.
