5opka's Stance on the War in Ukraine

On February 24, 2022, he wrote about his emotional distress regarding the war on his Telegram channel:

I feel pity, disgust, sadness that everything turned out like this. I made and want to make content for everyone. Regardless of country or nationality. Avenit and Saska Narezka might get f***ed up for no understandable reason.

The following day, he recorded a video circle in which he expressed hope for negotiations and was saddened by the mobilization in Ukraine:

I saw decent news today... finally Putin stated something about being ready for negotiations and all that. Well, I hope at least they chatted about something over there. That they'll resolve something, just so people stop dying. But I was also upset by the news that conscription was declared in Ukraine, schoolchildren will be going... Well, not schoolchildren, university students, 18+, YouTubers I know, people like Avenit.

During one of his streams, the blogger reflected on his earnings, as well as the possibility of going abroad and what awaits Russians for the unleashed war:

Every other country perceives a Russian person as an aggressor, which is unpleasant. And now I am certain that for the rest of my life I will be paying for what happened today. I will pay through my taxes, the inconvenience of my life, the unavailability of technologies...

He then read out a text sent to him for movie voiceover work, making a reference to current events:

My brothers and sisters! Our hour has come. All this time we have been preparing for a holy war. In just a month, our warriors will be ready to reincarnate everyone residing in the camp of freedom. We gave them plenty of time to join us, but these fools deny the Almighty and reincarnation, etc.

Statements Against Mobilization

He expressed his thoughts on partial mobilization in Russia, with the message that one should not go to a foreign country and kill people even if served with a draft notice:

For me, the choice between dodging or serving 2 years in prison is better than going to shoot and possibly die, or shooting at people... If they dragged you to the enlistment office, issued you documents, clothing, and you say 'no guys, I'm not going' — that's 10 years, it's called desertion. But if you ignore draft notices, don't show up for them, that's 2 years. So — why the f*** go there?

The blogger made it clear that he supported Boris Nadezhdin in the 2024 presidential election in the Russian Federation.

Criticism of Putin

In April 2024, during a stream watching a MrBeast video, he veiledly wished death upon Putin. Under the guise of joking about participants in a Western show aged 1 to 100, the streamer displayed a blurred portrait of Putin on screen and declared he would like to "blow up" the square with the person aged between 70 and 72. Later, he specifically singled out the 71-year-old participant (which was Putin's exact age at the time) and commented: «The one who is 71 right now, he has really, truly pissed everyone off, don't you agree?».

In 2023, on one of his streams, he veiledly yet quite distinctly indicated that Putin is a 'dickhead' (khuilo).

In December 2024, a video was published where, in a conversation with his girlfriend while decorating a Christmas tree, he sarcastically remarked about Putin: "And you're going to listen to him? On top of everything he has said, you're actually going to listen to him?", "Has he said a single sensible thing?". Both then laughed at Putin's phrase claiming that "this is for the benefit of the people, that such a ... is happening."

Denunciations and Transition to Patriotic Content

In March 2025, Pyaterka recorded a collaborative track titled "Sisyamby" with the overt Z-group "Baza Musik".

On May 15, 2026, pro-Kremlin denunciation activist and lawmaker Vitaly Borodin demanded an investigation into 5opka for allegedly financing the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) and Navalny's organizations, designated in Russia as extremist and terrorist entities. According to Borodin, there is a publicly accessible recording where the blogger openly sends a donation. Borodin also accused the blogger of insulting heads of state in an indecent manner.

Following the public accusations and risks of cancellation, episodes featuring Russian patriotic symbols began appearing in Pyaterka's content.

Performance of the Song «Ya Russkiy»

As early as May 22, 2026, at a concert, 5opka alongside MellSher performed the song «Ya Russkiy» ("I am Russian") — a track that became one of the primary anthems of pro-war Russian patriotism following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Persona of «Putriot» with the Russian Flag

On one of his streams, the blogger appeared in the persona of "Putriot" — a character dressed in a cloak made of the Russian flag, accompanied by patriotic anthems.

In September 2026, Pyaterka changed his look by dyeing his hair in the colors of the Russian tricolor flag.

Anti-Ukrainian Jokes in Minecraft

In June 2026, Pyaterka took part in a roleplay on a Minecraft server set in the scenery of a "Ukrainian school." During the stream, participants distorted the Ukrainian language and turned a physical education class into a mockery of mobilization and military enlistment offices (TCK). 5opka himself:

• placed Russian flags inside the "Ukrainian school" building;
• demanded replacing elements styled in the colors of the Ukrainian flag with the Russian tricolor;
• brandished the Russian flag on camera while the school building was being destroyed.

This episode became another example of how the theme of war, destruction, and Ukrainian national symbols was treated by him as material for mockery.
