Lagoda's Anti-Ukrainian Statements on Streams

• He commented on news regarding peace talks to end the war, virtually parroting Russian propaganda talking points:

Russian and US diplomats will gather in the capital of Saudi Arabia to put an end to hostilities. Trump and Putin will meet within roughly 10 days. The American side wants to wrap up the SMO before Easter, before April 20. But there is one catch — Zelenskyy is opposed. Ukraine is not participating in negotiations and will not recognize them — that's what Zelenskyy said. And if America says anything, Zelenskyy will immediately put them in their f***ing place, slam a tiny fist on the table like this — and Trump will fall straight to his knees. Because he bows before God-chosen Zelenskyy. Yes, yes, don't be surprised, that's how things are.

• In one of his videos, he outlined the "terms" of a peace treaty under which Russia retains all occupied territories, the US officially recognizes them as Russian, and all sanctions against the Russian Federation are lifted. In turn, Ukraine is "rebuilt" and granted security guarantees (which, as everyone knows, mean nothing). In Lagoda's opinion, this is a "great solution for everyone," but "Zeleboba" is in the way (a derogatory nickname for Zelenskyy that he uses regularly).

Later, he himself conceded that peace negotiations are unfeasible because "Russia wants to reach the administrative borders of the regions it has already annexed, while Ukraine wants to reclaim at least something."

• He commented on the land and mineral resources arrangement between Ukraine and the United States as follows:

Everything is shared now, Ukraine is like America. Ukraine has become the 51st US state. In short, they carved up the country just for kicks. Well done, grandmaster, Zelenskyy is a 5D chess player: «I won't surrender anything, won't surrender land, won't surrender resources» — in the end, he surrendered the land, surrendered the resources, surrendered everything the f*** away without asking anyone.

• He labels strikes inside Russian territory as "terrorist acts," blaming Ukraine and claiming that strikes target "civilians." At the same time, he ignores or conceals the number of Ukrainian civilians killed by the Russian army. In his narrative, the blame always lies with that same "Zeleboba."

• In the style of Skabeyeva and other propagandists, he claims that "AFU personnel are running out of intelligence data, running out of weapons, and lend-lease will arrive from Latvia in the form of sprats, socks, and toilet paper bought from Russia."

His rhetoric represents cynical, mocking propaganda that aids the Kremlin in its information war against Ukraine.

Lagoda's Connections to Russian Media and Authorities

In October 2024, Lagoda appeared as a guest on the propaganda channel Solovyov Live with Zhora GRPZDC, who openly supports Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

In April 2025, he spoke at a round table organized by the LDPR party in the State Duma with a presentation on the dangers of memecoins.

He advertises the "Alabuga Polytech" college on Twitch, located within the "Alabuga" Special Economic Zone, which since 2023 has been closely linked to a factory for mass assembly of military drones. The project is under EU and US sanctions in connection with the production of military combat drones for the war against Ukraine and the exploitation of underage students and foreign nationals.

He is registered on the Roskomnadzor Gosuslugi portal. This signifies that the Russian state officially monitors and regulates his activities.
