GRPZDC (real name Georgy Kampov, "Zhora") is a Russian streamer, blogger, and political propagandist. Achieved broad recognition in the streaming community not only through gaming content, but primarily through active advocacy for the Kremlin's aggressive war. Currently, he is one of the pivotal figures in Russian Z-propaganda within the live-streaming sphere.
Monetizes content (via streams, ads, subscriptions, merchandise sales, or music platforms) and, in accordance with applicable laws, pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Any engagement with this content — views, likes, donations, merchandise purchases, or streams — indirectly contributes to financing the Russian economy and, consequently, the war against Ukraine.
In October 2025, he was entered into the database of the Myrotvorets website for propaganda of war, complicity in crimes committed by Russia against Ukraine and its citizens, supplying and financing Russian occupation forces, visiting temporarily occupied territories, and other acts.
GRPZDC's Stance on the War in Ukraine
From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, Georgy took a radically pro-Kremlin stance, serving as a conduit between entertainment streaming and state propaganda.
His activities are centered around three principal directions:
- material assistance to Russian occupation forces
- information support for the seizure and colonization of Ukrainian territories
- public harassment of colleagues holding anti-war positions.
Fundraising for the Russian Armed Forces
Zhora GRPZDC regularly leverages his online resources to finance Russian military personnel. On November 9, 2022, propaganda outlets reported that he had raised 1.7 million rubles to equip mobilized soldiers.
In 2023, he repeatedly published reports and letters of gratitude on his channel for procuring Mavic-type reconnaissance drones for Russian troops (source 1, source 2). Due to these illicit fundraising activities, Georgy received a permanent ban on Twitch, and was subsequently blocked on the payment platforms Boosty and DonationAlerts.
Support for Occupation and Justification of War Crimes
In his public posts, the blogger systematically propagates Kremlin narratives:
- Refers to the ruins of Mariupol and the destroyed city of Bakhmut (captured by PMC Wagner) as "liberated."
- Uses obsolete Soviet place names for Ukrainian cities (e.g., Krasnoarmeysk instead of Pokrovsk), endorsing the eradication of Ukrainian culture and statehood.
- Declared the "complete liberation" of the so-called "LPR".
- Attempted to whitewash the reputation of Russian soldiers who committed atrocities in Bucha, denying Russian culpability.
- Justified the Russian missile strike on the "Okhmatdyt" children's hospital in Kyiv on July 8, 2024, denying that a Russian missile struck a civilian medical facility.
- Celebrated arrests of residents holding anti-war views in occupied Crimea.
Public Denunciations and Harassment Campaigns
Georgy frequently instigates harassment campaigns against bloggers who have spoken out against the war. His posts frequently function as public denunciations to law enforcement:
- Targeting streamer JesusAVGN (here and here), who was subsequently designated a "foreign agent."
- Targeting Ukrainian streamer Evelone192, accusing him of donating to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Other targets of his targeted smear campaigns include Ilya Gorodetsky, streamer DRZJ, and opposition politician Ilya Ponomarev.
Work for State Propaganda
Since September 2023, GRPZDC has hosted his own program titled "Psyop" on the "Solovyov LIVE" channel. The streamer openly confirmed his presence in occupied Donetsk. During his broadcasts, he systematically uses derogatory slurs against Ukrainians (example) and the President of Ukraine (example).
