Mafanya (Vladislav Kalyuka) is a Russian streamer and video blogger who gained prominence through Chatroulette interactions and interactive livestreams on Twitch and YouTube. He hails from Saint Petersburg.

Monetizes content (via streams, ads, subscriptions, merchandise sales, or music platforms) and, in accordance with applicable laws, pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Any engagement with this content — views, likes, donations, merchandise purchases, or streams — indirectly contributes to financing the Russian economy and, consequently, the war against Ukraine.
In January 2025, he was listed in the Myrotvorets database for war propaganda, Russian fascism and Nazism, public support for Russian aggression and killings of Ukrainian citizens, and other violations.
Mafanya's Stance on the War in Ukraine
In 2024, rapper Navernoye Poet claimed that streamers Mafanya and Kussia insult Russian soldiers outside of their livestreams. He noted that he initially thought they supported the so-called SMO, but later discovered that they displayed contempt toward Russia and its actions.
In May 2025, Mafanya participated in the propaganda broadcast Solovyov LIVE, as a guest of Zhora GRPZDC, who openly supports Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Mafanya reflected on shifts in the political and social agenda among the younger generation. Initially, Mafanya justified Russia's attack on Ukraine by citing "8 years" and reiterating propaganda clichés. Later, he distanced himself from politics, admitting that he understands nothing about it, and began speaking about the war with irony:
I was saying (editor's note: about the start of the war), well, what did you expect? 8 years, it's been 8 years, well, what did you want? And so I immediately became some sort of radical. Then, honestly, I kind of listened to this, listened to that on my own... politics and all of that is a closed door for me, I will never seriously get into it again in my life. Because I am incompetent in it in general, one needs to know so many things.
After a sarcastic discussion of Ukrainians on Chatroulette and their aggressive behavior (and naturally the cause of their anger remains incomprehensible to him), Mafanya concluded:
I generalized, I hate them all (editor's note: Ukrainians). But in the end, 3 years have passed now, and somehow I myself already think, and I see from the audience, that everybody already wants a deal... People want to travel to Odesa, to sunny Odesa, swim in the Black Sea, visit taverns and hang out with our friends, with Russian Oksanas... («To our native Odesa»—Zhora adds, and they laugh)
In essence, bloggers like Mafanya disseminate Kremlin narratives among young people, shaping "traditionalist" values and bolstering official state propaganda.
