Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
In July 2017, she was entered into the database of the "Myrotvorets" website for illegally entering Russian-occupied Crimea and participating in propaganda events. The singer repeatedly traveled to the occupied peninsula to hold concerts, in violation of Ukrainian legislation.
Eva Polna's Stance on the War in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Eva Polna chose a strategy of remaining silent about the armed aggression. On February 28, 2022, she published an Instagram post regarding the postponement of her concerts, stating:
But ... our situation is neither celebratory nor euphoric. The situation is monstrous... Take care of yourselves and your loved ones, do not yield to provocations. Remaining Human is the most important thing right now.
Concerts in Crimea in 2025
In August 2025, Polna performed in Russian-occupied Simferopol, which constitutes a violation of international law and Ukrainian legislation, and is viewed as direct legitimation of the Russian occupation of Crimea.

Eva Polna continues touring cities across the Russian Federation, regularly appearing at celebrity gatherings of the Russian show-business elite, while ignoring any questions concerning politics and the war.
