Louna (Луна) is a Russian rock band founded in 2008 in Moscow. Frontwoman and lead vocalist: Lusine Gevorkian «Lou».

Listening to the old tracks of this artist on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services may indirectly contribute to financing the war — through royalties paid to Russian labels and distributors, which pay taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
The Band Louna’s Position on the War in Ukraine
On February 24, 2022, the band published an anti-war post on their social media accounts:
... yesterday brought such a terrifyingly dark, irreparable day in the history of Russia and its relations with neighboring brotherly Ukraine that we remain in a state of shock over the present and in horror for the future... Remaining silent is impossible, yet words simply fail. It is simply inexpressible in words. It is unnatural. It is horrible. It is insane. This should not be happening. Stop the war. #notowar Our friends, relatives, and loved ones in Ukraine, please take care of yourselves.

On March 3, 2022, the musicians announced the postponement of concerts in Saint Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod, and Moscow:
...Fratricidal war is a nightmare from which each of us would like to wake up, so as not to see morning news inflicting ever-newer pain. But one cannot awaken from this nightmare, alas. And ahead of us musicians, as with many of our colleagues, lay concerts planned back in a past life and another circle of hell, this time personal — bargaining with ourselves. Every artist has their own story, their own ideology, and their own grounds for decision-making. In the case of the band LOUNA — everything is expressed in our songs.
Subsequently, the band made the decision to play the scheduled tour:
It is morally very difficult for us to continue taking the stage right now, but nonetheless, we will do so not only for our like-minded listeners who, like us, are experiencing «bleak days in a drowsy realm of shadows», but we will also strive to support those who desperately need tangible help at this moment.
In June 2022, Louna began facing concert cancellations and bans from participating in music festivals across Russian cities. On July 7, 2022, the publication "Fontanka" published a blacklist of Russian musicians whose performances the authorities considered undesirable in Russia due to their anti-war stance, and Louna was among them.
The band announced an international tour covering cities such as Tel Aviv, Yerevan, Tbilisi, Bishkek, Limassol, and Antalya...
