"Alisa" is a Soviet and Russian rock band formed in 1983 in Leningrad. One of the most popular and influential groups in Russian rock history. The frontman and primary songwriter of "Alisa" is Konstantin Kinchev.

In May 2017, Kinchev was added to the Myrotvorets database for deliberate violation of the state border of Ukraine, denying Russian aggression, and conducting illegal touring activities in Russian-occupied Crimea.
From older concert recordings, it is not difficult to deduce Kinchev's chauvinistic attitude toward Ukrainians:

Konstantin Kinchev's (Alisa) stance on the war in Ukraine
Konstantin Kinchev openly supported the so-called "special military operation", stating the following:
Essentially, this is a civil war where one side completely bent over for cookies and lace panties to fall for an Anglo-Saxon con, while the other defends their thousand-year history and their sovereign path under the Protection of the Holy Virgin. With all my heart I stand with our army, I pray for the host of Christ! God is with us! And if God is with us, who can be against us? Yes, and one more thing... I am Russian!
I would truly love for Ukrainians to wake up and realize that we are one people with them. That they have been drugged by... a transhumanist LGBT Reich, or as they call themselves, a 'post-Christian civilization', which Russia is compelled to confront, defending simple and traditional Christian values. But I fear this cannot be done through song« (May 2022 interview)

At the same time, Kinchev defended fellow musicians who spoke out against the war:
I treat Makarevich, BG, and Shevchuk with deep respect and love. In my view, they have done and continue to do vastly more for Russia than all these state cronies barking on command from television screens« (October 2022 interview)
The band "Alisa" continues to tour extensively across Russian cities as before.
