Stance prior to 2022
The band «Agatha Christie» disbanded in 2008. Unlike his brother Gleb, Vadim Samoylov supports the war in Ukraine and performs with enviable regularity in occupied Donbas. Concert cancellations and the blacklist
In 2024, problems with concerts resumed. In August, concerts in St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg were canceled «due to reasons beyond the control of the band and organizer». Members of the pro-government movement «Russian Community» appealed to the police demanding the cancellation of Gleb Samoylov's concert. They claimed that he had supported Ukraine, criticized the SMO and the Russian authorities, and also alleged that Agatha Christie's songs contained drug propaganda.
Since February 2024, the band «The Matrixx» has been on the blacklist of artists whose performances authorities consider undesirable in Russia due to their anti-war position.

Г.С. більш ніж геніальний, такі люди не сумісні з печерним ідеологіями а-ля ра*изм. Йому не пощастило народитися і формуватися в сраній сосії сраного совка в, як результат, не жити своїм життям. Якщо виникає бажання ставити під сумнів позицію молодшого Самойлова, варто уважно в своє відображення в дзеркалі вдивитися.
