Irina Allegrova is a Soviet and Russian pop singer and actress; People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2010). Also widely known as the "Empress" of the Russian variety stage. Born on January 20, 1952, in Rostov-on-Don, RSFSR, USSR.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
In April 2017, she was entered into the database of the "Myrotvorets" website for illegal commercial and concert activities in Russian-annexed Crimea.
On January 7, 2023, Allegrova was placed on Ukraine's sanctions list "for visiting occupied territories after the start of the invasion, participating in propaganda concerts, and publicly supporting the war and Putin's regime."
On February 3, 2023, the artist was added to Canada's sanctions list of "Russian disinformation agents" as an accomplice in spreading Russian state disinformation and propaganda.
Irina Allegrova's Stance on the War in Ukraine
Four months after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Irina Allegrova publicly declared her support for the actions of the Russian military. She reached out to top Kremlin propagandists Margarita Simonyan and Vladimir Solovyov to declare:
I want people to know that I am with my people. I look at all these stars... I stand with the people, I support them. I assembled 20 kits with my own money, helped, and sent them out. I am raising money for drones, thermal imagers, whatever is needed. I felt awkward speaking about it, so that people wouldn't think it was just PR
RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan confirmed that Allegrova actively raises funds to purchase and supply combat equipment and specialized gear for Russian troops. According to KP.RU, Allegrova also visited wounded soldiers in military hospitals.

In December 2022, Allegrova performed at "Pesnya Goda" with a new composition titled "Prayer" ("Come Home, Boys") in support of the war. In the song, she hailed the Russian invading troops as "victors" and "heroes":
This song is about what concerns me today. Distancing oneself from such matters, pretending that it does not concern you — is impossible... Participation and empathy help us remain human!
In February 2023, the singer performed at the Kremlin at a concert commemorating the centenary of civil aviation. Dressed in a frock coat, she sang her classic track "My Family". Replacing the word "family" with the phrase "my country", Allegrova heavily hinted at the deployment of nuclear weapons: "Whoever disrupts my country's peace will in an instant become empty ash", "There is my country: everything else is just past, everything else is nonsense. Everything is temporary, everything is junk."
