Kishlak (Maksim Fisenko) is a Russian musical artist, musician, and songwriter. Born on December 14, 1998, in Severomorsk, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
He periodically faces the cancellation of concerts in Russia due to accusations that his songs contain promotion of prohibited substances, non-traditional values, and expressions deemed offensive to society's moral foundations.
Kishlak's stance on the war in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Kishlak did not utter a single word, adopting a stance of silence.
Following a string of concert cancellations due to drug promotion accusations, he removed some of his tracks from streaming platforms, which earned him praise from Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League:
Kishlak is a great guy for deleting all content promoting drugs. This step can only be welcomed...

Mizulina also noted on her Telegram channel that young people chanted "Russians, forward!" after Kishlak's concert:
Russians, forward!«, young people in Saint Petersburg are chanting today after one of the concerts. UPD People write it was Kishlak's concert. I hope this time everything is smooth, without incidents.
In late November 2023, several teenagers were rushed to the hospital with psychotropic substance poisoning from the artist's concert in Moscow.
In the summer of 2024, Z-patriots attempted to secure the cancellation of Kishlak's performance at VK Fest. Rapper Roman Chumakov, known as Roma Zhigan, criticized Kishlak's art for promoting suicide:
This scum will be performing in the center of Moscow at the exact moment our boys are dying in the SMO. Shame and disgrace to all the organizers. The question is, what are our boys fighting for? For such a future for their children? So that later some f**king 'Kishlak' can push teenagers to suicide with his songs and his worthless lifestyle?
Participation in fundraiser for electronic warfare (EW) systems
In August 2024, Kishlak took part in a charity concert intended to raise funds for humanitarian aid to residents of Kursk Oblast affected by active hostilities. Furthermore, a portion of the funds was designated for the purchase of electronic warfare (EW) systems, which can be viewed as direct military support for the Russian army. Electronic warfare equipment directly falls within the products and domain of the military-industrial complex.
