Klava Koka (Klavdiya Vysokova) is a Russian singer, songwriter, video blogger, and TV host. After winning the casting show "Molodaya Krov" (Young Blood) in 2015, she signed a contract with the Black Star label. She was born on July 23, 1996, in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

In September 2017, she was entered into the database of the Myrotvorets website for war propaganda, deliberate violation of the state border of Ukraine, and participation in propaganda events organized by the "DPR" terrorist organization.
Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
Klava Koka's Stance on the War in Ukraine
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Klava Koka posted an abstract "peace to the world" statement on Instagram, publishing a photograph of the sky with the text:
Only PEACE 🙏🏼
No antonyms.

The singer did not utter another word regarding her country's military aggression, adopting a stance of silence.
In January 2023, she was included in the sanctions list of Ukraine for "public calls for aggressive war, justification and recognition of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine as legitimate, and the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territory." The sanctions entail asset freezes, complete cessation of commercial operations, and the suspension of economic and financial obligations.
In February 2024, her concert in Tallinn was canceled following a ban by authorities on the grounds that the singer had "failed to unequivocally condemn" Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Klava Koka was also slapped with an entry ban into Estonia until 2027.
We reiterate what we said before: concert organizers must not invite artists to Estonia who perform with pro-Kremlin messages, as they are prohibited from performing here. Russian and Belarusian cultural figures wishing to perform in Estonia are currently unable to obtain an Estonian visa,« commented Estonian Ministry of the Interior spokesperson Veiko Pesur, as reported by the Estonian publication Limon.
Klava Koka continues to work and tour cities across the Russian Federation.
Concerts in Crimea
In October 2024, Klava Koka performed a concert in occupied Sudak, which violates Ukrainian legislation and international law, and is regarded as indirect legitimation of the Russian occupation of the Crimean peninsula.

She is registered on Roskomnadzor's Gosuslugi portal. This signifies that the Russian state officially monitors and regulates her activities.
Performance Before "SMO" Soldiers
The singer took part in the taping of "Goluboy Ogonyok 2025/2026" on the state TV channel Rossiya-1, where the primary guests of honor were "SMO" servicemen. Performing in such a setting makes an artist part of the state propaganda machinery that glorifies the war. Even without overt political proclamations from the stage, entertaining invaders represents a conscious endorsement of Russian aggression.
