Nikolay Noskov (Nikolai Noskov) is a Russian singer, musician, and composer. From 1987 to 1992, he was the lead vocalist of the hard rock band "Gorky Park" (Park Gorkogo). Recipient of numerous Russian music awards, including the "Golden Gramophone" (1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2015, 2022) and the "Ovation" award (1999). Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2018). He was born on January 12, 1956, in Gzhatsk (now Gagarin), Russian SFSR.

On May 31, 2014, Noskov published an emotional post on his VKontakte page in which he cursed "Ukrainian warriors killing innocent children."

The artist suffered two strokes, the physical consequences of which Noskov continues to experience to this day. In recent years, he often performs seated in a wheelchair and frequently postpones or cancels scheduled concert appearances due to his deteriorating health condition.

Following the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Nikolay Noskov made no explicit public statements directly regarding the invasion. However, his participation in pro-Kremlin concert events and the recording of patriotic wartime songs clearly demonstrate that the artist supports Russia in the war, viewing it as a "liberator."

On August 28, 2022, he took part in the festival «SNC 35 Years» — a festival organized for "fans of rock music from Russia, the DPR, the LPR, and Ukraine." The event also featured Vladimir Presnyakov, the band «Alisa», «Chaif», Garik Sukachov, and other artists who openly endorsed the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

In September 2022, he recorded the song "Ne vstavay na koleni" (Don't Get on Your Knees) alongside Stas Piekha, Aleksandr Ivanov (Ivan), and Igor Romanov. In a live broadcast on Russkoye Radio, the musicians explained that this song was also dedicated to the inhabitants of the Donbas region and emphasized the vital importance of supporting Russian soldiers in their "righteous" endeavor.

On February 22, 2023, Noskov was scheduled to perform at the pro-war rally and concert commemorating Defender of the Fatherland Day at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, but due to severe health issues, his stage appearance was cancelled at the last minute.
