Egor Kreed (real name — Egor Bulatkin) is a Russian pop singer, actor, rapper, and video creator. In 2020, he ranked second on the «Forbes» list of highest-earning Russian celebrities. He was born on June 25, 1994, in Penza, Russia.

Listening to this artist's tracks on official streaming platforms, social media, and other services indirectly contributes to financing the war — through taxes paid to the budget of the Russian Federation.
In April 2016, he was entered into the database of the Myrotvorets website for traveling to occupied Crimea and participating in Russian propaganda events directed against Ukraine.
On September 20, 2017, he was designated on the official list of individuals creating a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
Egor Kreed’s Position on the War in Ukraine
Following the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, on February 24, 2022, Egor Kreed wrote on his social media channels:
nightmare… what is going on, looks like there won't be a stream today. I'll keep you updated. Praying for peace 🇷🇺🙏🏽🇺🇦
On February 25, another post followed:
everyone is spamming that Insta is about to get shut down (I also posted our TG channel to stories just in case), the dollar is surging, sanctions-schmanctions… BUT something else is far more crucial. I just want to wake up as soon as possible so this terrifying nightmare ends and everyone is okay. For everyone to be alive, healthy, and living in peace with one another. Take care of yourselves.

Subsequently, the musician shared brief anxious remarks regarding early peace negotiations, and with that, his commentary on the war abruptly ceased; thereafter, Kreed settled into complete silence and avoidance.
Conversations About Important Things
On January 23, 2023, Egor conducted an online lesson for Russian schoolchildren as part of the state ideological curriculum «Conversations About Important Things» titled "Media Literacy and Digital Hygiene". His appearance sparked severe backlash from parents of schoolchildren owing to the pop star's glamorous look, face piercings, and heavy tattoos. Safe Internet League head Ekaterina Mizulina also erupted in outrage, stating that Kreed's streams "actively advertise illegal online casinos to a massive underage youth audience."
Participation in Patriotic Concert
On May 9, 2024, he performed in Magnitogorsk at a patriotic concert celebrating Victory Day alongside staunchly pro-Putin performers such as Larisa Dolina and Rodion Gazmanov. Kreed performed a single song, "Moskvichi", thanked the crowd, and immediately left the stage, skipping the grand patriotic finale. Scheduled activities on that day included military vehicle parades, wreath-laying ceremonies at the Eternal Flame, mass graves, and memorials to soldiers killed in the "SMO" invasion zone.
Advertising the Max Messenger
In his music video "More" (Sea), he promoted the national messenger app Max by VK, a digital infrastructure tool engineered for total state digital surveillance. The app's terms of service clearly outline that user personal data can be transferred to "company business partners" and "any federal, state, or municipal government agency."
Conflict with Mizulina 2025
In September 2025, Safe Internet League head Ekaterina Mizulina attacked Kreed's mega-concert at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, calling it "immoral and depraved". She then accused the pop artist of promoting two online casinos that originated in Ukraine:
And most importantly — were the funds of Russian youth, whom Kreed lured into these gambling schemes through ads on his platforms, used to provide financial support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine?
To investigate these accusations, Mizulina rallied the Federal Tax Service, Rosfinmonitoring, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the FSB.
Furthermore, Mizulina branded Kreed as harboring "anti-SMO sentiments", digging up photos of him attending a party in the United States alongside individuals she labeled "rabid Russophobes", including Russian foreign-agent streamer JesusAVGN.

The singer fired back sharply at Mizulina's attacks, calling her a "mentally ill, frustrated, and unhinged woman":
...right now everyone can witness the symptoms of a mentally ill, unfulfilled, and emotionally unstable woman, whom many statesmen and political figures, including those with medical degrees, have recognized as such.
Hit a nerve, triggered her, and off she went…
To stave off potential state repression and demonstrate ideological compliance, Kreed scrambled to prove his traditional state loyalty: he attended a religious service at the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, and then marched for 3 hours in a religious cross procession led by Patriarch Kirill.
A detailed investigative overview of the public conflict and its political implications was reported by Meduza.
Birthday Congratulations to Putin
On October 7, 2025, Egor Kreed congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday, wishing him long life and publicly inviting him to do a joint live stream. For the birthday video, Egor wore a T-shirt featuring a prominent portrait of the Russian president.

Yet another celebrity who initially attempted to stay "outside politics" and sit on two chairs, only to ultimately sell out completely to the Kremlin.

Пользуется популярностью у Кремля, не похоже на то, чтобы он был против войны в целом, так как пытается усесться поближе к террористическому правлению.
